Material changes to this list are communicated to studio operators with 14 days' advance notice (Article 28(4)). Customers may object to a new sub-processor by contacting privacy@bookingbible.com.

How changes are communicated
When Booking Bible adds, replaces, or removes a sub-processor, we notify every studio operator at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Studio operators may raise an objection during the notification window; we will work to resolve the objection and, if no resolution is possible, either modify the change or allow the operator to terminate the affected service in line with their Data Processing Agreement.
