How much will I save switching from Mindbody to Booking Bible?

Most studios save 40–60% on platform fees alone. Booking Bible has no per-transaction platform fee; you only pay the underlying Stripe / Mollie / Frisbii processor pass-through. Mindbody Payments bundles processor fees with their platform fee.

Will I lose my Mindbody member data?

Accepted Answer

No. Our migration assistance covers exporting member, pass, schedule, and booking history from Mindbody and re-importing into Booking Bible. The CSV importer at /migrate handles the standard Mindbody export shape; bespoke fields can be mapped manually.

Does Booking Bible support MobilePay like Mindbody does (or doesn't)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MobilePay (the Nordic mobile-wallet standard) is supported natively via Stripe — no extra setup, no extra fees beyond the Stripe pass-through.

Can I keep my Mindbody-branded URL?

You can set a custom domain on Pro+ (e.g. book.yourstudio.com). Mindbody URLs (mindbody.com/...) are owned by Mindbody and cannot be transferred.
