Know the boundary before you build the workflow

Bulk actions are workflow capabilities, not one plan or module. The exact actions shown depend on the active product area, venue configuration, record state and the signed-in user’s permissions. Client notifications always require an explicit channel choice.

Questions, answered

What to know about bulk operations

Short answers to the practical questions teams ask before rollout.

Can I edit every record type in bulk?
No. Bulk actions appear where the workflow can preserve validation and permissions; they are not an unrestricted database editor.
Which workflows are supported?
Current coverage includes booking, client, pass, product, service, schedule, invoice, course, campaign, payroll, video and task workflows.
Do bulk changes notify clients automatically?
No. Staff starts from “Don’t notify” and must explicitly choose each available channel for the action.
Are bulk actions limited by role?
Yes. Every action retains its normal permission, tenant and record-state checks.
