Moving from Clubworx? Start with a conversation.
Clubworx's self-service exports are limited — most data requires a support ticket. We've done Clubworx migrations before and the process works well once support provides the CSVs. The payment processor is operator-specific, so we'll confirm card migration on the call.
How it works
Three phases. We do the heavy lifting.
Contact us first
We coordinate the Clubworx support ticket so the right data lands in the right format.
We import the CSVs
Members, memberships, and attendance import automatically once Clubworx delivers the files.
Go live with a re-entry flow
Clients re-save cards on first booking. You keep every member, every pass, every visit.
Step 1 · Export

Why studios leave Clubworx
Real reasons from studios that made the switch.
- A modern web + mobile experience for members (Clubworx's member app is dated)
- Built-in retention and loyalty engine
- Transparent pricing — no revenue-share model
- Self-service data portability so you never get stuck again
Step 3 · Go live
After migration
Your studio runs on BOOKING BIBLE. Members keep their booking history. Cards keep working. You keep growing.
Migration complete
All clients, memberships, and booking history landed cleanly. Cards transferred via assisted hand-off.

Frequently asked questions
How long does migration take?+
Depends on the source platform and the size of your data. Most Stripe-native platforms (Glofox, Momence, Wodify) migrate in 1-2 days. Larger platforms like Mindbody or WellnessLiving take 2-3 weeks including the parallel-run phase. See the timeline estimate at the top of each platform page.
Will my clients lose their booking history?+
No. Visit history, attendance, and pass usage transfer automatically. Historical bookings land in a separate history table so they show up on client profiles without cluttering the current schedule.
Do I need to be technical?+
Not at all. Our wizard walks you through every step — export from your current platform, upload the CSV to Booking Bible, review the auto-mapping, then click import. If anything's unclear, our migration team jumps on the line.
Can I run both systems in parallel?+
Yes. We recommend a 1-2 week parallel run where new bookings go through Booking Bible while the old system stays accessible for reference. This catches any edge cases before full cutover.
What happens to my saved payment methods?+
Depends on the source processor. Stripe-to-Stripe is automatic and invisible to clients. Other processors (Frisbii (formerly Reepay), Paysafe, proprietary ones) require either an assisted PAN-to-token migration or a one-time re-entry email. Each platform page explains which applies.
Is there a cost to migrate?+
No. Migration is free on every plan — even the free tier. You pay for Booking Bible once you're ready to go live, not for the migration itself.
