AI Studio answers, controls, and connections are clearer

AI assistants now receive your venue's actual currency, timezone, and regional
formatting instead of trying to infer them from an amount. Promotion specialists
can also see the exact promotion benefit, granted pass, attendance milestones,
pass expiry, and purchases separated by currency.

Assistant conversations are easier to use as well: formatted answers render
properly, incomplete answers can continue, confirmation previews are clearer,
and the assistant launcher now sits in the left sidebar on desktop so it does
not cover page controls.

Replies now begin appearing while the AI is still generating them. Owners and
staff can also attach or drop supported images, PDFs, CSVs, JSON, Markdown, and
text files into Mira or a specialist conversation. Files stay private, are
checked on the server, and expire after seven days.

Specialist setup now explains what every business-data area includes, prevents
an accidental empty brand or location scope, and keeps staff grants visibly
inside the owner-defined ceiling. Enterprise owners can choose guarded
automatic drafts for a small reviewed set of campaign and mailbox draft tools.
Sending, publishing, payments, schedule changes, destructive actions, delegated
work, and any staff grant that keeps confirmation enabled still require a
human.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections now report missing platform
setup before leaving BookingBible, return provider errors to the Channels page
in plain language, and preserve the correct venue across the provider callback.
OAuth credentials remain a one-time platform setup; venue admins only click
Connect and approve access.

AI usage now has one authoritative billing ledger across general and specialist
conversations. Hard caps read live usage, billing periods follow the venue
subscription, failed ledger reads no longer look like zero consumption, and
invoice overages allocate each model's shared included quota only once across
input and output tokens. Internal Sonnet 5 cost estimates also follow the
current introductory rate and switch to standard pricing automatically on
September 1, 2026.
