The Web and embedded appointment form now retains an encrypted record before
submitting a direct booking. If the response is lost, refreshing the page offers
the same booking to check instead of starting another one. Contact details and
notes are not stored as readable browser text. If recovery storage cannot be
verified, the form explains the problem and stops before a new submission.

This is not deployed. Paid Web recovery, immediate sign-in changes and the
remaining Business/Consumer/Branded parity work are still being completed.
Recovery does not mean a confirmation message was sent. No Nailtech settings or
client communications were changed by this work.
