Appointment history and staff booking choices
Existing appointments remain readable when an offering is withdrawn or archived. Rescheduling is available while the venue can still fulfil appointments; archived or read-only offerings keep their history and other permitted actions without offering replacement bookings.
# Appointment history and staff booking choices Existing appointments remain readable when an offering is withdrawn or archived. Rescheduling is available while the venue can still fulfil appointments; archived or read-only offerings keep their history and other permitted actions without offering replacement bookings. With the corresponding Business app update, staff can choose a suggested slot or enter a venue-local start time with an eligible provider. Normal opening-hour and conflict checks still apply, using that provider's price and duration. Times that do not exist during a clock change are refused, and repeated times require an explicit choice. Client notifications start with Don't notify. Provider choices exclude departed or ineligible staff without removing provider information from previous records. Existing eligible passes can still be honoured during wind-down, subject to their original restrictions. Their expiry includes the entire final day in the venue's timezone. This does not reopen public sales or allow new unfunded extras. Historical correction controls explain known restrictions while keeping records readable. Room-based bookings retain room choices, and rescheduling preserves the original room.
Basic appointment tools follow your venue access
Authorized staff can use the appointment list and create appointments with basic appointment access. They no longer see an upgrade requirement for these existing staff tools simply because the full appointment product is not enabled.
