Appointment settings now live with Appointments

**Appointment settings are now where you use Appointments.** Open **Appointments → Appointment settings** to choose how frequently available appointment start times appear to clients.

Rules that differ by service—such as booking notice, buffers, duration, price,
rooms, and online availability—remain on the Service itself. Appointment
settings links staff with booking-management access directly to Services so
each rule is changed where it actually takes effect. Other staff see a clear
permission explanation instead of an unusable management link.

Existing bookmarks to the old Appointment Rules page continue to work and are
sent permanently to the new address. Permissions and current venue access are
checked before the page opens and again when changes are saved.

Older saved values are preserved even though controls that did not affect live
bookings are no longer shown.

Find each report beside the part of the business it explains

Reports now follow the same simpler structure as Settings. Reports about one area of your venue live beside that work: Client Reports is a tab under Clients, course and workshop reports sit with Courses & Workshops, and the Schedule, Staff, Passes, Products, Promotions, Appointments, Private Sessions, and Maintenance pages each link to their own focused report collection.
