Appointment venues keep class work only while it is still owed

Appointment-only venues no longer see class discovery chrome, but existing class bookings, check-in and history stay available while a product is winding down. Member dashboards show real visits. Public location pages list services, not client appointment diaries.

What you sell and what you still have to run are now separate.

If your venue only takes appointments, admin discovery no longer offers a class schedule, new courses, or class-only email templates. Pins, the command palette and mobile navigation follow that split.

If you used to run classes and those products are winding down, you can still run, move, cancel and check in what is already booked. Those records stay in client history. New class sales stop.

Member home shows the client’s own class bookings and appointments together. It does not rename classes as appointments. If one of those lists cannot load, you see a retry message instead of an empty calendar.

Public location pages list bookable services and today’s remaining classes. They never show another client’s appointment. Website Studio suggestions offer a services page when the venue is appointment-only. Existing published websites are not rewritten; incompatible saved class or services pages get a warning before publish.

Admin form placeholders, customization previews, invoice samples and health-gate copy now follow the venue’s business type instead of always showing yoga examples. Staff specialty fields stay with the auth lane. Image fields that only accept a URL are unchanged; file uploads are a separate assignment.

Appointment retry recovery

Web member/guest booking and the shared mobile appointment API now recover an already saved matching booking before checking current prices or availability. New bookings still obey the venue's payment requirements and named-staff choices. The venue, client and original booking details remain bound to the retry.
