Attendance corrections, online switches and new-version notice

Correcting attendance no longer fails when a notification type is turned off, members can switch an in-studio booking to online inside the cancellation window, and staff see a reload notice after an update.

# Attendance corrections, online switches and new-version notice

**Correct attendance.** When a venue had turned off a notification type (for example the no-show fee message), the Correct attendance window could still offer Email for it, and applying the correction then failed with "The venue has disabled this notification event." The window now only offers channels that can actually be used for the message the correction would send, explains why the others are unavailable, and the summary line shows exactly who will be notified. Choosing "don't notify" always works.

**Switching to online.** A member booked in the studio who wanted to join the live stream instead, inside the cancellation window, was shown "We couldn't load what switching to online would mean" and could not switch. The switch now loads and states the real cost on the button, for example "Pay the late fee and switch", next to "Keep my in-studio booking". Outside the cancellation window the choice is simply to switch or keep the booking.

**New version notice.** After Booking Bible is updated, an admin tab that was opened before the update shows "A new version of Booking Bible is available — reload to continue" instead of failing changes with a generic error.
