Fewer, correct automatic emails

Automatic emails that could repeat or skip your notification settings are removed or now follow them, and each goes out once.

# Fewer, correct automatic emails

Some older automatic emails could reach the same person again and again,
because the record of who had already been emailed was never saved. They have
been fixed or removed:

- **Inactive client outreach** (Settings → Retention): sends only while
"Enable automated outreach" is on, which is off by default. It goes to
clients marked *needs outreach* (by you or automatically) once your chosen
delay has passed, at most once a month per client. It links to your own
booking site and to the offer or flash sale you picked, while that is live.
An older duplicate job that sent without checking this switch has been
  removed.
- **Contract reminders**: client reminders keep their schedule (days 1, 3, 7
and 14). Staff contract reminders now follow your staff notification
settings and are no longer also sent on the client schedule.
- **Private event follow-up**: now follows your marketing notification
settings. If a stale-inquiry task can't be created, the backup email to an
admin goes out once per inquiry instead of every day.
- **Abandoned checkouts**: Booking Bible does not send an automatic follow-up
email, and the report no longer says it does.

Legally required notices, such as a change to Booking Bible's sub-processors,
still go to venue admins once with one reminder.

Guests pay on your own brand website

A guest you add to a class can pay on the website of the class's brand (or your venue's own site), links already sent move there too, the text message names the brand, and a friend a member invites lands on the same website the member used.
