# BB Sites AI provider recovery

Website chat now preserves the provider's real failure when a paid AI turn cannot complete and safely marks the durable invocation for reconciliation. A provider-account credit failure is shown as an explicit platform billing problem instead of the generic “Something went wrong” message.

This does not change venue permissions, AI Studio entitlements, website drafts, publishing, site content, booking behavior, prices, usage allowances or customer data. It also does not fund or activate an external provider account: a platform administrator must still restore provider billing before chat can generate a response.

Business retains its existing authenticated Sites entry and API contract. Consumer and Branded apps remain non-authoring surfaces and are unaffected.
