Premium website directions and appointment sections enter review

Solstice, Form and Gather version 3 and four appointment-led website sections are built and reviewable internally; nothing is offered or applied to a website yet.

# Premium website directions and appointment sections enter review

BB Sites now carries version 3 of the Solstice, Form and Gather designs and four appointment-led website sections: a live service menu, next available appointment times, a provider directory with published specialties, and a work gallery. All of them are in review. The active designs remain version 2, and no website, draft, Library card, AI suggestion or design gallery offers the new designs or sections until they are approved.

When released, the service menu, availability and provider sections will read only the venue's existing service catalogue, the same availability engine as the public booking page, and public provider assignments. Prices stay in each service's own currency, times follow the venue's timezone, and booking still goes through the existing appointment flow. The work gallery stays switched off until portfolio media carries recorded consent and usage rights.

The public BB Sites product page now lists these sections as "Preview section" so the public account matches what exists. This update does not publish or alter any customer website, activate a design, change prices, plans or subscriptions, or add a mobile editor.

Treatment records: who can see what

Venues get five separate staff permissions for appointment-linked treatment records (view own, record own, view all, manage, export). A technician sees and records treatments for the appointments they performed; seeing colleagues' records, editing them or exporting records are separate grants a venue gives on purpose. Export is owner-level by default.
