Stop offering a booking product while keeping existing bookings and records
Business settings can change Classes, Appointments or both, close new sales of a removed product, and keep existing bookings, prepaid rights, payments and history available.
In **Settings → Business → Booking products**, choose Classes, Appointments or both. Adding Classes requires a plan that covers it; the page explains when an updated plan quote is needed. Removing a product stops new bookings and purchases. Existing bookings, recurring commitments and prepaid rights can still be fulfilled, and clients can still reach their bookings, payments and records. Website widgets check the current offering each time they load and show a useful explanation when new bookings are closed. A removed product stays in **Winding down**. Use **Check before archiving** to see outstanding bookings, rights and payments. Archiving is available only once those obligations are clear. Booking Bible checks again when you confirm. Historical records stay available, and the product can be added back later. Saving Business details also preserves custom terminology outside the fields you edit. Classes and appointment wording remain separate when you offer both.
