The **Business phone app** now covers the everyday catalog and ops jobs that used to require a laptop.

**Gift cards.** If Gift cards is on for the venue, staff who can sell them can list cards, check remaining balance, issue a paid card at the desk, and send it. Sending starts on **Don’t notify** — the card is created quietly unless you choose to deliver it.

**Booking inquiries.** Appointment venues that accept inquiries see them under More. Open one, reply, and choose whether to notify the client. Don’t notify saves a staff note only.

**Combo packages, staff, money, and settings.** Phone lists and summaries are here. Building a package, running payroll, or reconciling payouts still opens in web admin — the app does not pretend those desktop tools exist natively.
