Cancel an unfinished membership setup from the client’s Passes tab
If a membership sale did not finish, staff can cancel that card on the client’s Passes tab and sell again. They do not need to open Stripe.
A membership sale either finishes and the client can book, or it does not. If a card still says the setup is not finished, it is not a live membership. Open the client → Passes & access → **Cancel setup**. That removes the card and cancels any unpaid Stripe membership from that attempt. Then Sell Pass as a new sale. A membership that already charged cannot be deleted this way; it stays in history. You do not need to open Stripe.
Safer retries and quieter defaults on client memberships
A dropped connection can no longer freeze, resume, or end a client’s membership twice from the Business app, and three billing dialogs now start with Don’t notify.
