Instructor and provider pickers follow capabilities and hide deleted accounts

Teachers who also hold front-desk or other roles stay selectable as instructors, and deleted accounts no longer appear in instructor or provider pickers.

**Teachers with extra roles stay selectable.** Some staff were given extra
capabilities, for example front desk, client or service provider. That could
change their main role, and they then disappeared from "Change instructor"
and other instructor pickers even though they still teach. Pickers now check
whether a person holds the instructor capability (or, for appointments, the
service-provider capability), not only their main role. Owners and managers
appear where they appeared before. Collaboration practitioners from another
venue are still offered.

This applies to the schedule editor and class detail, the course and private
event pickers, booking filters, substitutes and the substitute pool, slot
availability, the AI qualification-gaps answer, New appointment, and the
Business app's schedule options and booking providers.

**Deleted accounts are hidden.** An account deleted by its owner is
anonymized as "Deleted User". If it still had an active staff role at a venue,
it could appear in pickers. Pickers and provider lists now leave out deleted
accounts and accounts with a pending deletion request. The staff list itself
is unchanged.

**Known limit.** Saving a repeating schedule (series) still requires the
person's main role to be instructor, manager or owner. That check runs in the
database and will be updated separately. Changing the instructor on a single
class, or assigning a substitute, is not affected.

Notifications you choose are now sent, and you see what happened

Restoring a class, editing a class, adding a substitute and removing a client can now notify by Email, SMS or Push, and every action tells you what was sent and why anything was not.
