When an overdue payment succeeds later, Today sales, its daily breakdown, Business
dashboard totals and online payment-method totals now include it on the collection
day in your venue's timezone. The original payment and invoice remain linked.

Sales exports include the reporting time, original payment date and collection
date. Older records without collection evidence retain their original date and
are identified as legacy dates. Accrual recognition periods retain their existing
accounting dates.

Recovered-payment descriptions also show the actual collection date, using “Payment collected” so a later staff retry is not described as an automatic first charge. The original sale and activation dates remain in the history.
