Monthly billing terms are clearer from signup to cancellation
Every tier now shows the same cancellation rule, paid signups can choose up to six free months with matching paid months, and Billing shows the exact service end date before anything is cancelled.
All venue tiers are offered with monthly billing. The standard cancellation window is the remainder of the calendar month in which notice is given, plus one full calendar month. Billing now shows that rule plainly and calculates the exact final service date before confirming a cancellation. Service and venue access remain available through that date. Paid-tier signup also offers a choice of zero to six free months. Choosing a free period commits the venue to the same number of paid monthly periods after the free period; choosing zero adds no promotional commitment. The normal cancellation window still applies in both cases. The selected terms and monthly price are shown before the card step and remain visible in Billing afterwards. Cancellation can be withdrawn before the final service date. If that date shortens a normal billing period, the final period is prorated so the venue is not charged for service after it ends.
Marketing workspace with clearer audiences, delivery and results
The Marketing workspace now presents each module as part of one lifecycle: audience, message, destination, and measurement. The workspace home shows every primary tool and highlights operational work such as pending reviews, active automations, and unsent campaigns.
