Payment history now tells staff what happened first
Payment details now lead with the outcome and safe next action, while refund receipts, recovery tools, and technical audit records remain close at hand.
Payment details now open with a plain-language outcome, the amount paid, refunded, pending, and still available to refund, plus the one safe action staff can take next. The history reads as a timeline: staff can see when the payment arrived, what each refund did, and whether venue-balance reconciliation needs attention. Refund receipts appear only for completed refunds. Cancellation or consent-based repayment tools appear only when that exact refund supports them. Processor IDs, transfer routing, payer evidence, and other audit records remain available under “Technical and audit details,” collapsed by default so routine payment questions stay quick to answer.
Record under-30 VAT evidence at the front desk
Selling to an under-30 client no longer forces the taxable over-30 price — staff can record the required name, birth date and address evidence right in the Sell Pass dialog.
