Clearer appointment reschedule emails

Moving an appointment now emails the client a "your appointment has been moved" message showing the old and new time side by side, and appointments booked without an account stop reporting a false delivery failure.

When you move an appointment to a new time, the client used to receive a second plain "Appointment confirmed" email. Nothing in it said the booking had moved, or what it had moved from, so clients could not tell which of the two emails was the live one.

Reschedules now send their own message. It states the old date and time and the new date and time on separate lines, and it names the new provider explicitly when the appointment also changed hands. If the original booking can no longer be read, the client still receives a normal confirmation rather than nothing at all.

Appointments booked by someone without a client account are also fixed. Those confirmations were being recorded as failed and retried behind the scenes because the system expected a mobile push notification that a guest can never receive — even though the email had already been delivered. A channel the client cannot receive on is no longer counted as a failure, so guest bookings stop generating false delivery alerts. Email, SMS and push delivery for clients who do have an account is unchanged.

What each appointment plan includes
