# Client passes are clearer and safer to manage

Client profiles now count every visible pass in the **Passes** tab while the summary shows the number of currently active pass records. Each pass also shows its remaining visits or monthly allowance and links directly to the bookings that used it, where an administrator can change the booking or its pass.

Email, SMS, and push notifications now appear beside the final confirmation for each pass action and start switched off. The upcoming-payment schedule supports selecting several unapplied payments to set the same amount or restore their base price in one step. Membership upgrades can be scheduled for the next renewal, and finished passes can be archived without deleting their history.
