Client Benefits lets your venue offer agreed vendor discounts to clients with selected passes or qualifying appointment services. Once BookingBible has an active vendor agreement, open **Client Benefits** in the admin menu, accept the current terms and choose the passes or services to include. Service agreements specify when a benefit starts, how many days it lasts and any minimum actual payment for one service after discounts, including VAT. A vendor can allow every selected service without a minimum. An appointment-only venue can use service benefits without selling memberships. Clients open **Wallet → Client benefits** in the web portal, Consumer or Branded app. The live card refreshes its QR every 20 seconds. Vendor staff can scan it with an ordinary phone camera to check current eligibility and apply the agreed discount in their till. Visual acceptance depends on the agreement; a moving card cannot by itself prove authenticity. The Business app supports venue configuration and saved-client eligibility previews. Previews cannot issue a customer proof. Release status: implementation candidate. Migration, hosted staging checks and app distribution must finish before this update is published. No vendor partnership is announced by this note.
Clearer tax setup and end-of-day reconciliation
Appointment payments keep their prepared tax values, and end-of-day reconciliation distinguishes original tender amounts, recorded refunds and unverified methods.
