You choose when clients are notified
Staff actions on a client account no longer email automatically — every action asks which channels to use, and nothing sends unless you choose.
When you pause, resume, suspend, reactivate or cancel a client's pass, add account credit, book or cancel on a client's behalf, or manage the waitlist, the client is no longer notified automatically. Each action now starts silent and offers an explicit choice of Email, SMS and push — the client only hears from you when you deliberately select a channel. Channels that cannot deliver are shown disabled with the exact reason (no email on file, invalid phone number, the client opted out, or the venue does not have that channel set up), so you always know why an option is unavailable before you act. Notes on a client's profile also improved: the category and severity you pick when writing a note (for example an injury heads-up) are now saved and shown, and injury or heads-up notes are marked to appear on the client's future bookings exactly as the form promises.
