Client record contact, billing, and health-data access
Staff see a client email or phone only when that field is allowed, Billing is hidden when payments access is off, and health notes stay off the client record unless health-data access is granted.
A staff member’s client record now hides email and phone independently. Seeing one does not imply the other. The Billing summary on a client record requires payments access. Staff without it see that billing is not enabled, not an empty list. Injury and heads-up notes stay off the client record unless the staff member has health-data access.
Client billing leftovers and honest check-in notices
Staff check-in and no-show notices stay off unless you choose a channel, failed-renewal confirmation emails actually send, and bulk receipt email covers every payment on the client record.
