# Collaboration access now stays in sync

Accepting, changing, or ending a professional collaboration now keeps the collaboration and the professional's venue access together. If another administrator changes the relationship at the same time, the second action asks for a refresh instead of leaving a partial result.

Admin and Finance access keeps its extra safeguards during collaboration changes. Ending a collaboration changes only that venue membership and does not rewrite the professional's role in another workspace.

Acceptance notifications are now tracked until delivery finishes. If delivery is temporarily unavailable, the screen reports that the notification is pending and a retry completes the same acceptance without creating a duplicate.
