Collaboration access notifications report each delivery channel clearly

When you change a collaborator's access and choose Email, SMS, or Push, Booking Bible now attempts exactly those channels. SMS-only notifications no longer depend on the collaborator also having an email address.

depend on the collaborator also having an email address.

The save confirmation now reports each selected channel honestly. If one
message sends and another is blocked, fails, or has no destination on file,
you see that partial result instead of a general "notified" message. The access
changes remain safely saved even when a notification cannot be delivered.

Appointment payment at booking now works in the native app

Venues that require payment when an appointment is booked can now collect the configured full price or deposit securely in the native client app. Clients see the exact amount due before confirming, while pass-covered, free, and pay-at-venue appointments keep their existing booking paths.
