Tell shared workshop dates apart with a course identifier
Give each course a short label and colour, for example 8W or 18W, and every workshop date linked to that course shows it as a pill for staff and clients.
When the same workshop is part of more than one course, such as an 8-week and an 18-week teacher training, it was hard to see which course a workshop date belongs to. Open a course, go to Setup and fill in **Identifier**. Type a short label (up to 16 characters) and pick a colour. Save once and every workshop date linked to that course shows the pill: on the admin schedule, class page and check-in list, and for clients on the public schedule, embeds, published sites, the class page and the course page. Hover the pill to see the course name. Pills for hidden or members-only courses are never shown to the public. There is no per-date override, and cohorts copy the identifier when they are created; set it on an existing cohort in its own Setup tab. Leave the field empty for no pill.
Guest names stay correct on class check-in rosters
Account-free guests now appear under the name entered for their booking on Business check-in rosters, even when a staff member created the booking.
