Course balances paid by invoice now show in payments and reports
When a course balance installment is billed by invoice and the client pays it (by the invoice's payment link or you record the payment), the money now appears in the client's payment history and in sales, cash and VAT reports. No extra email is sent.
# Course balances paid by invoice now show in payments and reports Some courses collect later installments by invoice instead of charging the card on file. Until now, when the client paid such an invoice, the course and the invoice were marked paid, but the payment itself was missing from the client's payment history and from the sales, cash and VAT reports. Now every payment on a paid course-installment invoice also appears as a payment: - **Payment history.** The client's Billing tab and their own payment history list it, with the course and invoice number in the description. - **Reports.** Sales, cash, payment-method and VAT reports include it on the day the client paid. VAT follows the participant's course VAT setting (for example exempt education). - **No extra email.** The client already got the "invoice paid" email, which is their receipt. No second receipt is sent. Course invoices that were already paid before this change were added once, with their original payment dates. The invoice register export is unchanged: it still lists the invoice itself, so do not add the invoice register and the payments export together when you book them.
Your waitlist stops moving people in when class starts
Once a class has started, a spot that frees up is no longer filled from the waitlist automatically — you can still add someone by hand.
