Course changes respect your notification choice
Course transfers and withdrawals notify participants only through channels selected by authorised staff.
# Course changes respect your notification choice When transferring or withdrawing a course participant on the web roster, leave **Don't notify** selected to make the change silently. Choose Email, SMS or Push when you want to notify the participant. Sending requires notification permission; a denied request leaves the course unchanged. Notices follow the course's brand and the participant's notification preferences.
