Courses now manage payments and access directly

Courses can now offer full payment, a deposit, installments, or a deposit followed by installments without creating a separate pass. Shareable payment links make it easy to send the exact full, deposit, or balance option to a participant.

Courses can now offer full payment, a deposit, installments, or a deposit
followed by installments without creating a separate pass. Shareable payment
links make it easy to send the exact full, deposit, or balance option to a
participant.

Each payment stage can unlock its own course sessions, regular classes, and
workshops, with separate booking totals, validity dates, streaming access, and
cancellation or no-show rules. Participant-specific overrides remain available
from the roster.

Workshop Library items also have their own online defaults, including camera,
capacity, automatic start and end timing, recording and replay settings, and
viewer access. Course and Workshop screens now match the familiar BookingBible
layout and show the BookingBible loading indicator while switching views.

Individual Workshop Library dates are now sold and booked directly from that
date's schedule page. BookingBible creates one clear workshop payment and
receipt instead of adding a new one-class pass to the pass catalogue; free
workshops book directly without creating a payment. Existing workshop passes
continue to work for the people who already hold them, but no longer clutter
new-sale and assignment lists after native course commerce is enabled. Gift,
renewal, promotion, staff-benefit, barcode, and direct checkout paths also
refuse those compatibility passes, so a hidden selector cannot be bypassed.

Existing Preparation Phase holders keep the exact class access they already
bought. Where an older pass used an empty restriction list to mean all regular
venue classes, the cutover records those classes explicitly; it does not alter
the original pass, payment, receipt, invoice, or reporting history.

Course workshops now show where they are edited

Workshop dates reused in a course now appear as clearly shared schedule details instead of disabled form fields. Use **Edit shared workshop schedule** to open the exact Workshop Library occurrence and safely change its date, time, room, teacher, or public visibility.
