Course payment choices and session access are now easier to understand

The Pricing tab now explains four payment choices separately: pay in full, pay a deposit with one later balance, pay equal installments without a deposit, or pay a deposit followed by balance installments. It also shows what each payment milestone unlocks, while keeping the actual access settings in Sessions.

The Pricing tab now explains four payment choices separately: pay in full,
pay a deposit with one later balance, pay equal installments without a deposit,
or pay a deposit followed by balance installments. It also shows what each
payment milestone unlocks, while keeping the actual access settings in Sessions.

Sessions is now a focused course-composition workspace. Staff link existing
class and workshop dates, assign course tracks, or unlink dates there; Schedule
continues to own class timing, and Workshop Library continues to own workshop
timing, teachers, rooms, capacity, cameras, and online settings.

For every payment milestone, staff can include all, none, or selected linked
classes and workshops, add optional venue classes or Workshop Library items,
set independent booking totals and validity dates, and choose online access.
Each access box shows the effective venue booking window, daily limit,
cancellation window, late-cancellation fee, and no-show fee before staff decide
whether to inherit or override it. Participant overrides now show class and
workshop late-cancellation and no-show consequences directly instead of hiding
them in an advanced section.

Workshop streaming now follows the venue's Streaming entitlement and checks
that a selected camera has a working live stream. Workshop Library holds the
default camera, capacity, automation, recording, and audience settings; each
scheduled occurrence may then inherit, disable, enable, or choose another
camera. Live-only venues cannot accidentally configure recording features.

Session linking and Workshop Schedule saves now carry database-backed replay
identity. If a connection drops after a write commits, retrying cannot create a
duplicate course link or workshop occurrence; the editor reloads saved state
whenever a multi-step result is uncertain.

The generated public database types were refreshed from the applied staging
schema. The reviewed 68,165-line snapshot includes the native course, workshop,
streaming, live-participation, membership-credit, and related RPC schema that is
already live; the per-schema CI ceiling is now 72,000 lines with retained
headroom for future drift detection.

Booking confirmations and class reminders are editable now, and the Receipts tab tells the truth

Your two highest-volume client emails — the booking confirmation and the class reminder — can now use your own wording. Open Client emails & reminders → Templates, edit "Booking Confirmed" or "Class Reminder", and switch it to Custom wording. Until you make that switch, clients keep receiving the standard rich email (with add-ons, registration notes, and online-class links), so nothing changes unl
