Workshop sessions no longer accept regular passes

Booking a workshop or course session now requires enrollment or workshop entry — regular class passes can no longer slip in for free.

Workshop and course sessions on your schedule could previously be booked with an ordinary class pass — including through the mobile apps — even when the workshop had its own price. Clients who were not enrolled, and had not bought workshop entry, could take a paid seat without paying for it.

That door is now closed everywhere bookings are made. A workshop or course session only accepts:

- clients enrolled in the course (including linked workshop sessions),
- clients who bought the workshop's own entry pass, and
- workshop drop-in purchases through the workshop's checkout, exactly as before.

Anyone else who tries to book with a regular pass is told the session is part of a workshop and pointed to workshop entry instead. If a client holds both a regular pass and the workshop's entry pass, the entry pass is used automatically.

Nothing changes for your front desk: staff can still book any client into any session, so you stay in control of exceptions. If you spot past workshop bookings that were funded by a regular pass, your client list shows which pass paid for each booking — contact support if you need help squaring attendance with payments.
