Scheduled memberships and course payment edits are more reliable

When staff create a membership that starts later and choose to charge on the start date, BookingBible now creates the scheduled membership without testing or charging the saved card immediately. The first payment follows the normal automatic collection and reminder flow on the selected start date.

Course participant payment settings can also be saved reliably in one action. The accounting status now stays in step with the amount entered, and installment plans show the amounts, due dates, allocated total, and remaining balance before saving.

Permanent-delete confirmations for courses and other catalog items now keep their warning text clearly readable.

The Workshop Library now groups its existing venue-specific categories into quick filters with workshop counts. Staff can create or change a category inside a workshop, then use the library to focus on that group or return to the all-workshops view.

The Courses overview now treats a course as one reusable definition instead of listing its cohorts as separate courses. Each row summarizes cohort activity, total participants, scheduled sessions, overall status, and the most recent update; cohort names and dates remain available inside the course through the cohort selector.

Course cohorts can now grant two independent participant booking allowances: regular classes and optional workshops. Each allowance has its own included catalog items, booking count or unlimited option, and valid-from/valid-until window. Staff can override or restore those limits for one participant or a bulk roster selection, and the same tenant-scoped contract is available to the admin app and authorized integrations.

Long course session plans are easier to manage with search, type/status/track filters, and collapsible month groups. Workshop rows show their reusable Workshop Library name as a solid selector; staff can switch the definition or create a new workshop inline, while all changes remain staged until **Save sessions** is pressed.
