Review e-conomic voucher drafts before they enter your books

Approved private-pilot venues can prepare balanced voucher previews, hold exceptions for review, and manually submit unbooked drafts to e-conomic.

The e-conomic private pilot gives approved venues a controlled accounting handoff. Configure
accountant-approved journal, bank, Stripe clearing, fee, rounding, revenue, liability, and VAT
mappings; prepare a voucher preview from supported sales, refunds, Stripe fees, and payouts; then
review the balance and any held exceptions before manually submitting unbooked drafts.

e-conomic remains your accounting ledger. Booking Bible does not synchronize customer records or
invoices and never books or finalizes vouchers. Your accountant reviews, reconciles, and books the
submitted drafts in e-conomic. Pilot access is allowlisted and is not available through self-service
billing.
