When you choose Announce on a published flash sale in the web admin, you can now select individual clients, add a list, or explicitly choose all consented venue clients and narrow them with signup dates or age. You can also exclude individual clients, including someone who would otherwise match your selection. The builder starts with nobody selected and shows the sale name and exact offer link.

The recipient count accounts for channel consent and notification preferences. If it cannot be checked, the builder explains the problem and offers a retry before delivery.

Receiving an announcement does not grant permission to buy the offer. Purchase rules still apply to the account signed in after opening its link, including in a test email. An offer that excludes clients with an active pass continues to enforce that rule.
