Replace a running flash sale in one step
When a copy of a running flash sale for the same products is published, staff can replace the running sale: it ends and the copy goes live at the same moment, and spots left carry over.
Published flash-sale terms stay locked, so changing an offer — for example waiving the registration fee — means duplicating it. Until now, publishing the copy was refused while the original was still running, and the offer had to be taken offline first. Now, when you publish a copy that starts now and overlaps the running sale for the same products, Booking Bible asks whether to **replace the running sale**. If you confirm: - The running sale ends and the new one goes live at the same moment. - Clients who already bought keep the terms they bought. - Spots left carry over. Claims on the running sale, and on any sale it replaced, count toward the new sale's limit, so a 30-spot offer with 5 claimed continues with 25 spots instead of starting again at 30. - The running sale's link, promo code and widget stop working. Share the new sale's link. Limits per client start again on the new sale. Replacement is not offered when the copy starts later, because ending the running sale early would leave no offer live until then. Keep the running sale and deactivate it when the new one starts. The copy must also still include every product of the running sale. Duplicating a sale that replaced another copies the offer's original spot limit (for example 30, not the 25 left), so replacing again counts every claim on the offer exactly once. Nothing is replaced without your confirmation, and any other overlapping sale still blocks publishing.
Flash-sale drafts publish once, and POS can pick the offer
Staff can save a private flash-sale draft, review it, and publish it once. Announcement copy stays private. POS can attach the published offer to a pass sale.
