The purchased class allowance now shows everywhere

A Choose-your-classes membership's tier (1 class, 10 classes, Unlimited) now appears on the client card, the member portal, receipts, payment history and Stripe invoices — not just the shared membership name.

A Choose-your-classes (Flexible) membership sells every quantity — 1 class,
10 classes, Unlimited — from one shared catalog entry. Until now, every
surface that named the membership showed only that shared name, so a receipt,
a payment-history row or a Stripe invoice read "Flexible Membership" whichever
tier the client had actually bought, with no way to tell them apart without
opening the client card.

**The purchased tier is now named everywhere:**

- The **client card** and the **member portal** now show it, alongside
**receipts**, **payment history**, the **monthly renewal charge**, and
**Stripe-hosted invoices and dunning emails** — for example "Flexible
Membership · 1 class / month" instead of just "Flexible Membership". Where
the billed period is known, the receipt and payment description also state
  it (e.g. "1 Oct – 31 Oct 2026").
- A fixed-price membership or pass is completely unaffected — its receipts
and payment descriptions read exactly as before.

**Changing a client's allowance.** From the client card, staff can now
select **Change allowance** on a Flexible membership to move a client to a
different tier — the change is scheduled to take effect on a coming renewal,
never mid-cycle, so nobody is charged a different amount for classes they
already booked under the old tier.

**Archived pass types no longer appear at the register.** A pass type you
archived from the catalog could still be sold at the front desk if a stale
link, barcode, or favourite tile pointed at it. The register now refuses to
sell an archived pass type, the same way it is already hidden from your
catalog list.

**Flexible memberships cannot be sold as a gift.** Because a Flexible
membership requires the buyer to choose a class amount at checkout, it was
never usable as a gift redemption — the gift shop already refused to complete
one. A Flexible membership now also cannot be marked giftable in the catalog
in the first place, so staff and clients never see a "Gift this" option that
would fail at redemption.

Account credit top-ups are recorded and credited again

A client who added money to their account balance paid but received no credit, no receipt and no sales row. Top-ups now complete, and a stuck one is completed by the hourly repair job.
