Flexible pass publication validation

Flexible drafts retain their gift setting when validated for publication, with saved-draft recovery for unconfirmed publication.

Flexible publication accepts the editor's gift setting while continuing to
reject invalid rules and gift availability that conflicts with visibility or
once-per-client limits. Previously, a saved draft containing this setting could
fail the database's strict field validation even when the editor accepted it.

An unconfirmed publication needs a published-status check before another
attempt. The saved draft remains available. A database refusal and a failure
after publication are separate outcomes; neither should appear as a confirmed
successful completion.

Fixed and Flexible pass editors now show who a changed setting affects before
saving or publishing. Recorded purchase economics remain distinct from shared
access, booking, location, pause and cancellation rules. Current-holder rule
changes require acknowledgement of the exact reviewed values; editing those
values resets the acknowledgement. This review does not bulk-change memberships.

This repairs the owner-side publication contract. Business, Consumer, Branded
and published Sites continue to use the existing published pass, pricing and
gift purchase authorities. It adds no recurring-funded gifting or client
notifications. The companion membership schema prerequisite retains existing
named-booking eligibility by default and does not enable new app controls.
