Reliable Flexible pass publishing and safer pass edits

Publishing a Flexible pass no longer hangs on a conflict, Reload live rules keeps your draft edits and shows what changed, and editing a pass no longer switches off gifting or other advanced settings.

# Reliable Flexible pass publishing and safer pass edits

**Flexible pass builder.** When a draft or its live rules changed elsewhere, publishing could spin for about two minutes and end with "Publication could not be confirmed". It now stops straight away and says what to do: reload the builder when the draft was saved from another tab or device, or use Reload live rules when the pass changed elsewhere. A disabled Publish button always says why.

Reload live rules now keeps your draft edits — gift purchases, registration fees, pace limits, pause rules, locations and the rest. Settings you had not changed pick up the live values, and after the reload the builder lists what was updated, anything that changed both in your draft and elsewhere, and any differences it could not verify, so you can review them before publishing. The gift message now names the setting that blocks gifting and its current value.

**Passes & Pricing editor.** Saving a pass with Advanced Settings collapsed no longer switches off gifting, the one-purchase-per-client limit, pausing, auto-renew, self-extension, the grace period, the waitlist priority, a free trial or purchaser VAT rules, and no longer resets pause limits or the renewal discount. Ticking "Can be purchased as a gift" on a pass with an over-30 price saves normally instead of failing with "Venue settings could not be verified for Over-30 pricing", and creating a pass with an over-30 price works again. The public pricing page reads the venue's tax settings correctly again.

No prices, purchases, memberships or gifts already sold change.

Schedule flash sales and repeat them as runs

A flash sale with a later start is scheduled and goes live by itself, with its announcement sent at the start. A sale can be repeated as runs that stay together on one card, like course cohorts.
