Flexible pass publishing works again
Valid Flexible pass drafts can now be published normally; failed attempts kept the saved draft and created no partial pass.
# Flexible pass publishing restored Flexible pass drafts could be configured and autosaved, but selecting **Publish flexible pass** could fail after validation succeeded. Publishing now resolves the pricing fingerprint function correctly and completes normally. No draft choices were lost, and failed attempts did not create a partial pass or pricing version because publication runs in one database transaction. This was confined to the owner-side publish operation. Business, Consumer, and Branded app purchase and wallet behavior is unchanged.
