When you build a Flexible pass, you can now configure the same relevant access
and lifecycle rules as a standard pass. This includes VAT and registration
fees, booking limits, shop eligibility, brand and location restrictions,
extensions, digital access, network access, waitlist priority, and what clients
see when their credits run out.

The builder only shows rules that apply to the selected pass category, and the
category is locked after the first publication so existing purchases keep the
same meaning. Pricing is still calculated by Booking Bible from the client or
staff selection, and each publication creates a new version without changing
passes that have already been bought. If another editor changes the live pass
while a draft is open, publishing now asks you to reload instead of overwriting
their newer rules. Reloading keeps your Flexible price choices and clearly
confirms that the older rule edits will be replaced. Catalog restrictions are
saved together and tied to the exact publication, so an older browser tab
cannot land its restrictions after a newer publish.
Network access can be added only while it is available for the venue. If that
availability later changes, an existing setting is preserved during unrelated
edits rather than silently removed, and an unpublished value is reset to the
live setting so the draft remains editable.

For Danish age-based VAT, over-30 prices are shown only for fitness instruction
in class-capable venues. Choosing purchaser-specific VAT or another service
category removes those age-price fields so checkout always follows one tax rule.
The same venue, booking-mode, and VAT checks now run on the server for standard
pass saves as well as Flexible publications.
