See and control every text message the platform sends

Client emails & reminders has a new Text messages tab showing every SMS the platform can send on your behalf — automatic messages to clients (waitlist promotions, cancellations, schedule changes, fee notices, pass and membership changes and more), operational texts to your team, and the ones you send yourself (bulk SMS, receipts, payment links, campaigns). Each automatic message now has its own SMS switch: turn the text off and the matching email keeps sending — before, the only options were all-channels-off per message or whole categories at once. The nine pass-change notices share one switch. The list is honest about the rest: messages you write yourself are marked "You write the text", and anything not yet active platform-wide says so instead of pretending a box does something — the overdue-renewal payment link's SMS option is now marked "not available yet" rather than silently sending nothing.
Write your own text messages, and send the payment link by SMS
You can now change the wording of your text messages. Under Client emails & reminders → Text messages, any message marked "Wording you can edit" opens an editor where you write your own version, drop in details like the client's name or the amount, and see live how many messages it will cost to send — useful, because texts are billed per message and special characters shorten the limit.
