Venues using their own Booking Bible-powered website can now keep the entire "Bring a guest" payment inside their own design. The guest or inviting member chooses a payment method and pays without being sent to a separate hosted checkout page. Booking Bible still owns the amount, payment routing, capacity check, receipt, accounting entry, and any automatic refund if the last place is gone before payment completes. Guest access can also be part of one professional collaboration. Open Network, choose the professional, and use Guest access under Role & access to decide whether that person may bring guests and whether their guests use the venue price, a fixed price, or a percentage discount from the standard drop-in. Paused or ended collaborations never grant the benefit, and nothing is enabled automatically. The venue-wide Guest access settings remain the master control. They still decide whether guest invitations are available at all and which classes are excluded. Booking Rules now points to Network → Professionals for individual professional terms so collaboration pricing is kept with the rest of that relationship.
