Billing now distinguishes an unfinished membership signup from a failed renewal.
Retry card uses the original signup invoice and the saved card you confirm,
without creating another membership or invoice. If the bank requires the client
to verify the payment, the dialog keeps that instruction visible. Ask the client
to finish the original checkout in their account; no message is sent automatically.

Existing renewal recovery, prices and booking access rules are unchanged.
Membership access is granted only after the original payment is confirmed and
recorded through the normal payment processing flow.
