Roster actions work again in the Business app
Check in, no-show, undo, remove, bulk actions and messaging attendees now work on the class roster screen in the Business app — they had been failing with an error since late August.
Opening a class from the Business app and tapping Check in, No-show, Undo, Remove, a bulk action, or Message attendees now does what it says. Since the roster screen was rebuilt in late August those buttons had been failing with an error every time, so instructors had to fall back to the web check-in page. Everything behaves the way it does on the web. An instructor can act on the classes they teach or substitute for; a manager or front-desk account can act on any class in the venue. Attendance can be recorded on the day of class — a class that has already passed is corrected through the separate past-class correction flow, which keeps its record of who changed what and why. Messaging attendees still respects who has agreed to hear from you: the app sends only to the people you selected who are still on that roster, and only over the channels each of them accepts. Client notifications stay off unless you turn them on for that action. Nothing is sent when you simply check someone in or mark a no-show; you choose Email, SMS or Push each time, and a channel you cannot reach a client on is disabled with the reason instead of quietly failing. A bulk action now tells you exactly which attendees it could not update and why, instead of reporting the whole batch as done.
Correcting attendance on an earlier day now works from Check-in
Check-in no longer shows a technical error when you finish or correct attendance for a class that ran on an earlier day — it now opens the correction step instead, and the actions that are not possible on an old roster are clearly closed.
