Live rooms open 15 minutes before class at the configured venue
The live-room opening and first-admission window follow the venue's auto-stream lead, while the post-class buffer remains five minutes.
# Live room opening follows the stream schedule The venue's **Auto go live lead time** now controls both when the automatic stream starts and when an eligible viewer can enter the waiting room. A workshop's lead-time override also controls its viewer entry. For Namasté, the configured lead is 15 minutes. A 50-minute class therefore has a scheduled 70-minute stream window: 15 minutes before class, the 50-minute class, and five minutes after it ends. Classes of other lengths have correspondingly different stream windows. The first entry still closes when class starts. A viewer admitted before then may recover an interrupted connection until five minutes after class end, subject to the existing explicit-leave rule. A waiting-room reservation does not consume a clip until the feed is ready and the booking succeeds. The schedule health indicator follows the same configured lead. Member booking cards and booking details show Join during that lead and close their Join affordance after the same five-minute end buffer. Booking alone does not reopen a class after its scheduled start. This is a timing and wording change. It does not change stream destinations, recording policy, room routing, payment or entitlement rules. Published apps need their own installed-version verification before their new wording is claimed available to members.
Brand settings protect concurrent edits
Brand editors will check that the saved brand has not changed since you opened its draft. If another administrator has saved a change, your draft stays open and the save stops. Choose **Reload saved brand** to replace that draft with the current saved values before editing again.
