Clearer extras and AI Studio tier changes

Prepared billing controls clarify eligible extras and AI Studio tier changes; new catalog purchases remain subject to rollout and payment readiness.

In web Money, extras show the price and requirements for your current agreement. Retired extras stop appearing as new purchases; an extra you already purchased remains available to manage. Private pilot integrations remain outside the public purchase list.

The prepared catalog AI Studio flow keeps one paid tier at a time. When enabled
for your agreement, an upgrade replaces the previous tier after payment confirmation. Downgrades and cancellations keep your current paid access until the billing period ends. Money → Change plan shows the scheduled date and lets you keep your current tier before processing starts.

The Business app opens this same venue billing workspace from Money. This change does not introduce platform subscription purchases in the Consumer or Branded apps. Availability continues to depend on your agreement, enabled products, billing permissions and payment readiness.
