Manual waitlist reliability
Manual Add to waitlist keeps a client in the queue even when seats are available. It uses the client's active venue membership and the operator's location access. Removal checks that the booking is still waitlisted before changing it; a simultaneous promotion asks the operator to refresh. These actions do not consume credits or change occupied seats.

Removal checks that the booking is still waitlisted before changing it; a simultaneous promotion asks the operator to refresh. These actions do not consume credits or change occupied seats. Client contact still starts with Don’t notify. Explicit Email, SMS or Push selections require sending permission and an available channel. A saved queue change stays saved if follow-up delivery fails; the result distinguishes queued delivery from work requiring review. Retrying the same attempt recovers its receipt.
Booking notification recovery
Staff-created bookings keep the notification channels selected for that action. “Don’t notify” stays silent when a confirmation is recovered later, and reviewed class restoration stays silent. Self-service confirmations keep their existing behavior.
