A reusable studio guide before website bookings
Opted-in branded websites can remember the studio guide a member has completed and show their active extras.
# A reusable studio guide before website bookings Namasté Offline's website introduces a short studio guide for new and existing members before their first or next new booking. It explains the shared studio/live concept, cameras, membership inclusions, arrival, equipment, house rules and cancellation fees. Active shower and mat-storage extras appear as included. Closing an unfinished guide leaves the class unbooked; existing bookings, cancellation and check-in stay accessible. Completion follows the member's account across devices. The guide saves only its version and completion time; understanding-check answers are checked and discarded. It does not start a membership or provide payment, marketing or contractual consent. The existing optional joining offer follows the guide when a class booking is pending. Other venues and older web/native clients retain their current booking experience. The backend feature is inactive unless a brand is explicitly configured; rollout of the required guide is limited to Namasté Offline's website. Authorised venue staff can use Audit Log → Studio guide completions to inspect recorded completions, dates and the member, with CSV export. An exact brand/version link is supported; repeated saves do not add another row. The count is recorded completions, not a reading score or a completion rate. Earlier and missing records have unknown coverage.

Payments keep the brand that sold them
Payments keep the brand of the pass, booking or order they pay for; staff can choose it at the desk and record it for older brandless passes.
